I have problem with my school project, I need to detect chronic wounds and I am lost, I do not know how... I studied lot of color models, but I did not find any that I can apply on all photos.. I tired various colors, then separate channels, remove channels... and then tresholding, but it does not work, my Images or Wound has got too different colors... I tired various Contuours detection, then Canny... But without success. I need to draw contours around wound... Can you help me? Any advice would be very helpful. I thinks it is imposible to detect theese wound, because they are too different... They are direct from hospital.
